Data we collect
We only collect the data needed to answer your request and run the website:
- Contact page form: project type, desired features, intended payment method, package or indicative budget, desired timeline, name, email address, free message (optional) and the website language used.
- Quote request form in the footer: name, email address and free message (optional).
- Direct exchanges: the information you send us by email or via WhatsApp if you choose that channel.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, pages requested. These are logged automatically by the hosting provider to keep the website secure and working.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request, sending you a quote and following up on our exchange (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security, availability and proper functioning of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with our legal obligations, in particular bookkeeping retention.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising cookie and no social media pixel.
The choice you make in the cookie banner is saved in your browser’s local storage (key “cookie_consent”) so that we do not ask you again. A technical cookie may also remember your chosen language. These items are strictly necessary and are not used to track you.
Fonts are hosted with the website: no connection is made to Google to display them.
Processors and recipients
Your data is only shared with the providers that are strictly necessary, bound by contract:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting. Server functions, including form submission, run in Frankfurt (European Union). As Vercel is a US company, technical logs may be processed in the United States.
- Resend, Inc. (United States): email delivery of the requests sent through the website forms.
- Framer B.V. (Netherlands): delivery of some videos shown on the website. Your browser connects to its servers to load them, which technically sends it your IP address.
If you click the WhatsApp button, you leave this website: WhatsApp (Meta group) then processes your data as a separate controller under its own privacy policy.
Transfers abroad
Some data may be processed outside Switzerland, in the European Union (countries recognised as providing an adequate level of protection) or in the United States.
Transfers to the United States take place on the basis of the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), supplemented where necessary by appropriate security measures.
Retention period
- Requests received through the forms or by email: 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contractual relationship follows.
- Data related to an assignment (quotes, contracts, invoices): 10 years, the statutory retention period in Switzerland.
- Hosting provider technical logs: a limited period set by the provider for security reasons.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and object to its processing. Simply write to info@infusedesign.ch. We reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, www.edoeb.admin.ch. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the supervisory authority of your country.
Security
All communication between your browser and the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the data received is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The version published on this page prevails.
