For more than twenty years, E-Pulse has supported building professionals in hydraulics, energy transfer and building management, from its offices in Meyrin and Zurich. The company also distributes equipment from brands such as Grundfos and Wilo.
The challenge
Present technical services to installers and developers, and let them order equipment without always having to pick up the phone.
Our approach
We structured six areas of expertise and a blog illustrated with infographics.
Above all, we built an online catalogue with a page for each product and a basket: orders go straight to the E-Pulse team, who process them.
Outcome
Professional clients browse the catalogue and order online. The team receives complete requests, with nothing to re-enter.
