A redesign proposal for a bar-restaurant in Geneva's Pâquis district.
Context
Le Scandale is a cocktail bar, pizzeria and club at 24 rue de Lausanne, in the Pâquis district. The venue has been around for more than twenty years.
The challenge
Bring the energy of the place to a phone screen: the menu, cocktails, opening hours and booking had to be readable in seconds.
Our approach
We proposed a pop art direction with bold typography, stickers and a music button. The home page moves from video to the pizza menu with prices, signature cocktails, the private basement and opening hours.
A single form handles table bookings and private event requests.
Outcome
The venue did not take the proposal forward. It has become our reference model for restaurant websites.
